We are currently hiring skilled Mechanical Millwrights for ongoing industrial projects in Bloomington, IL. This role involves installing, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machinery and mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and align pumps, motors, conveyors, and mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery
• Use precision tools to ensure proper alignment and fit
• Work safely in active plant and industrial environments
• Collaborate with crew members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule

Requirements:

• 2+ years of mechanical millwright experience in an industrial setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with rigging, lifting, and moving heavy equipment
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and perform accurate measurements
• Must have own basic tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
