Position: Concrete Finisher

Location: Houston, Texas metro area.

Pay: $28–$32 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | 40–50 Hours per Week

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our growing crew in the Houston, Texas metro area.

The ideal candidates will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience on both commercial and residential concrete projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work areas for concrete pouring and finishing.
• Perform grading and base installation to ensure proper elevation and drainage.
• Form, pour, spread, and finish concrete according to project specifications.
• Use hand and power tools for shaping, troweling, smoothing, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all work meets structural integrity and aesthetic quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.

Tools & Equipment

• Must bring your own finishing hand tools: magnesium float, edger, trowels, hammer, 25’ tape measure, speed square, utility knife, and tool belt.
• Work boots and concrete pouring boots required.
• PPE, logo gear, and gloves provided.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is required.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of concrete finishing experience.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, placement, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of performing outdoor construction work.
