Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Millwright with experience in bolt-up work and setting tanks to join our team. This position involves precision alignment, assembly, and securing of tanks and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, proven bolt-up experience, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bolt-up work, rigging, and precise alignment for tank installation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Set and anchor tanks according to project requirements.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper assembly and fit-up.
• Conduct pre-task planning and adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a millwright or in bolt-up tank setting.
• Strong mechanical skills and experience working with heavy equipment and structural components.
• Ability to read and work from detailed drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of proper torqueing, gasket installation, and sealing procedures.
• Rigging experience is a plus.
• OSHA or MSHA certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Capable of standing, bending, and working in confined spaces for extended periods.
