TIG Pipe Welder / Pipefitter

• Location: Covington, KY (Shop)
• Pay: $34 - $38/hr + $120/day per diem for travelers
• Start Date: May 11
• Hours: 40 hrs/week
• Duration: 2+ weeks (likely more work coming + more hours)

Scope of Work

• Fabrication of 16” x 8” reducing flanged pipe spools
• Material: Schedule 10 – 316L stainless (butt weld fittings & weld neck flanges)
• Fit-up, tack, and weld-out from isometric drawings
• Assist with hydrostatic pressure testing after fabrication
• Some additional pipefitting work if capable

Requirements

• AWS 6G pipe welding cert
• Proven TIG experience on stainless (316L preferred)
• Able to read and work off isometric drawings
• Pipefitting ability is a plus but not required

Schedule / Work Outlook

• Current job: ~2 weeks (40-hour weeks)
• Additional projects are pending that could extend work another 2–3+ weeks
• Typical work moving forward is short-term projects (3–5 weeks)
