Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our excavation and snow management team in beautiful Winter Park, CO. This year-round position involves operating various heavy machinery for construction projects and snow removal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery including:
- Excavators
- Bulldozers
- Front-end loaders
- Snowcats
- Move earth, rock, and construction materials efficiently and safely.
- Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs.
- Follow all company and industry safety standards.
- Read and interpret project blueprints, job plans, and instructions.
- Collaborate with construction teams to meet deadlines.
- Maintain equipment logs and report mechanical or safety issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience (bulldozers, excavators, loaders).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in varying weather and job site conditions.
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Professional references (experience & character).
