Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our excavation and snow management team in beautiful Winter Park, CO. This year-round position involves operating various heavy machinery for construction projects and snow removal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery including:
• Excavators
• Bulldozers
• Front-end loaders
• Snowcats
• Move earth, rock, and construction materials efficiently and safely.
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and minor repairs.
• Follow all company and industry safety standards.
• Read and interpret project blueprints, job plans, and instructions.
• Collaborate with construction teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment logs and report mechanical or safety issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of heavy equipment operating experience (bulldozers, excavators, loaders).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in varying weather and job site conditions.
• Physical ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Professional references (experience & character).
