Are you a skilled electrician with strong leadership abilities? We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and manage electrical crews on commercial and/or industrial projects throughout the Kansas City area.

Position Overview:

The Electrical Foreman will oversee on-site operations, coordinate work schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain project timelines. This role is crucial to ensuring high-quality electrical installations and efficient team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct electricians and apprentices on job sites
• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Plan and execute layout and installation of electrical systems and equipment
• Maintain compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and inspectors
• Track daily progress, crew hours, and material usage
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and enforced
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of electrical experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
