Now Hiring: Ironworker – Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Erection

We are seeking experienced and dependable Ironworkers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings and be committed to working safely while producing high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Erect pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) systems, including primary and secondary structural steel.
• Install wall and roof panels, insulation systems, trim, gutters, and downspouts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and erection plans.
• Bolt, align, plumb, and secure structural steel components.
• Operate aerial lifts, telehandlers, forklifts, and other construction equipment safely.
• Perform rigging and signaling during steel erection.
• Work at heights while using proper fall protection equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
• Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) erection preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and layout plans.
• Experience installing structural steel, roof panels, and wall panels.
• Must be comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of proper rigging and safe lifting practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred but not required.
• Welding and forklift/telehandler certifications are a plus.
