Job Description
We are seeking experienced Ironworkers for structural and metal building projects in Jackson, Mississippi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel erection, rigging, and metal fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of ironworking tasks, including erecting structural steel, installing precast panels, and assembling metal buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fabricate metal components.
- Operate cranes, hoists, and rigging equipment to position and lift steel components safely.
- Install rigging systems and hoisting equipment for lifting operations.
- Follow all safety protocols, procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe job site.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Ironworker or Structural Steel Erector.
- Proficiency in metal building erection and rigging operations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of steel construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

OSHA 10 certification required.
