Job Title: Millwright

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Pay: $28 – $32 dollars per hour (DOE)

Hours: 45–55 hours per week, some Saturdays required

Overview:

We are hiring a skilled Millwright to install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery in Lubbock, TX.

This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Operate hand/power tools, welding, and machining equipment.
• Perform alignment, calibration, and maintenance of machinery.
• Work flexible hours including some Saturdays and overtime.

Requirements:

• Journeyman Certification as a Millwright.
• OSHA 10 Certificate required.
• Completion of a recognized millwright apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and climb.
• Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• Additional certifications in welding, machining, or industrial maintenance a plus.
