Job Title: Construction Laborer

Location: Mankato, MN

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking dependable Construction Laborers to assist with installation and assembly work inside a manufacturing facility. This role supports skilled trades and installation crews with material handling, equipment setup, and general construction tasks in an industrial assembly environment.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

Assist skilled trades with assembly and installation of industrial equipment and components

Move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and parts throughout the work area

Use basic hand and power tools as directed

Assist with mechanical assembly, bolting, and alignment of equipment

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow all jobsite safety rules and PPE requirements

Assist with loading and unloading materials and deliveries

Perform general labor duties as needed to support the project

Qualifications:

Previous construction, industrial, or manufacturing labor experience preferred

Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions from supervisors and foremen

Comfortable working around machinery and in active construction environments

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not always required

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Work Environment:

Manufacturing plant / industrial facility

Indoor work environment with active construction and equipment installation

Fast-paced environment supporting equipment installation crews
