We are seeking experienced Millwrights to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and experience installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, align, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and equipment layouts
• Perform equipment rigging, setting, leveling, and alignment
• Install conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and other mechanical components
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify problems
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements
• Use precision measuring and alignment tools
• Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and basic fabrication as needed
• Work safely around heavy equipment and industrial machinery
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous industrial millwright experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience with conveyors and industrial machinery preferred
• Knowledge of rigging, equipment setting, and mechanical alignment
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Reliable attendance and dependable work history
