Handyman - Maintenance Technician

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Pay: $28–$30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Long-Term Opportunity

Hours: 40–50 per week | Monday–Friday | Some Occasional Saturdays if Needed | Available for Emergency Calls

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Handyman - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas.

This position offers steady hours, competitive pay, and work in a commercial and residential environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (required)
• Assist with plumbing, welding, carpentry, masonry, HVAC, and general facility repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Support operations teams with technical expertise
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

• Strong electrical maintenance experience (required).
• Commercial and/or residential maintenance background preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, welding, masonry, and carpentry is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
• Must have reliable commercial-grade transportation (pickup truck or transit van).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a background check.
