Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Location: St Louis, MO

Pay: $30–$34 dollars per hour (DOE)

Schedule: 50–60 hours per week | Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role involves setting up welding equipment, interpreting blueprints, and performing a variety of fabrication tasks including welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing.

The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a productive shop environment.



Requirements

• Up-to-date welding certifications (up to 4G)
• OSHA 10 certification or higher (required)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment
• Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing work
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Install and repair equipment and structural components
• Calculate and verify material measurements
• Operate shop equipment such as forklifts (as needed)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in welding and fabrication
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and procedures
• Ability to read shop drawings and follow instructions
• Experience welding aluminum (1+ year preferred)
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in a shop environment
