We are seeking experienced Assembly Millwrights to join our team assembling and installing industrial cooling components and material-handling equipment. This position is ideal for mechanically skilled individuals who can read drawings, use hand and power tools, and accurately assemble large mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial cooling components and mechanical systems.
• Install pumps, motors, piping, fans, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Measure, align, level, and fit components to precise specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, rigging equipment, and other mechanical equipment.
• Perform mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Assist with equipment positioning, lifting, and installation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively with electricians, welders, fabricators, and other trades.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Millwright, Mechanical Assembler, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role.
• Mechanical assembly and industrial construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as levels, squares, and tape measures.
• Basic understanding of mechanical alignment and equipment installation.
• Ability to lift heavy components and work at heights when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
