Handyman - Maintenance Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay: $30–$40 per hour (Based on Experience)

Long-Term Opportunity

Hours: 40–50 per week | Monday–Friday | Some Occasional Saturdays if Needed | Available for Emergency Calls.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Handyman - Maintenance Technician to join our team in Green Bay, WI.

This is a position offering steady hours, competitive pay, and work in a commercial and residential environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (required)
• Assist with plumbing, welding, masonry, carpentry, drywall repair, and general facility repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Support operations teams with technical expertise
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Strong electrical maintenance experience (required)
• Commercial and/or residential maintenance background preferred
• Experience in plumbing, welding, masonry, and carpentry is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Must have reliable commercial-grade transportation (pickup truck or transit van)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass a background check
