Job Description:

We are currently hiring experienced Welder Fabricators for industrial projects in Bloomington, IL. This is a full-time opportunity for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality welds and precise fabrication work in demanding industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural steel and industrial components
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Measure, cut, and fit metal using various tools and equipment
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and frameworks
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area in an industrial setting

Requirements:

• 2+ years of welding and fabrication experience in an industrial or structural setting
• Ability to read blueprints and fabricate with precision
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding (certifications a plus)
• Must have own basic tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
