Position: Ironworker
Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States
Pay: $28–$32 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 45–55 hours per week, with some Saturdays

In this role, you will be responsible for erecting structural steel, assembling metal buildings, and installing precast components on commercial and industrial projects. Responsibilities:
- Perform ironworking tasks such as erecting structural steel, installing precast panels, and assembling metal buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for layout and installation.
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fabricate metal components.
- Operate cranes, hoists, and related equipment to lift and position steel components.
- Install rigging and hoisting systems to support safe lifting operations.
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and site-specific safety protocols.
- Work closely with construction crews to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Ironworker.
- Proficiency in steel erection, metal building assembly, and rigging operations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of steel construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
- OSHA 10 certification or higher required.
