We are currently seeking skilled Mechanical Millwrights for a long-term opportunity in Jeffersonville, Ohio. This position offers steady work, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a respected team in the industrial and mechanical trades.

Position: Mechanical Millwright

Location: Jeffersonville, OH

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: 50–60 hours per week (overtime available)

Duration: Long-term

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Align and install motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other heavy equipment
• Use precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and laser alignment tools to ensure proper installation and alignment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Dismantle machines for repair or transportation, and reassemble as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems
• Operate forklifts, man lifts, and rigging equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all site safety protocols and OSHA standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanical millwright or industrial mechanic
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools
• Experience with rigging and heavy machinery installation preferred
• Must have own tools and PPE
• Reliable transportation and good attendance record
• Willingness to work 50–60 hours per week as needed
